This is dedicated to all the mom's and pop's who have seen their daughters grown up before their eyes....and then some

Jesus H. Christ.....I'm FREAKIN OLD....omg....I just admitted it??!?!

I was born in 1966, and this date doesn't mean squat diddly to others. Holy FREAKIN CRAP, I just admitted that I was older than dinosaur DUNG, and I can't be too proud of that.

I guess I should be amongst the PROUD who, not only claim to be freakin older than dinosaur crap, but I'm subscribing to yer philosophoies...(is that a word?)

Now that I've declared myself that f'n old... would you think that people would gimme some respect?

do you feel theres a repect meter that slowly tics away adding more respect to oneself as one ages? With this post you are showing little respect for yourself.

Ducky, Whats up? You feeling old? Dont.

First of all, we all had to be born sometime. Its not our fault when.
you are a beautiful human being and you owe it to yourself to grow gracefully and do what you can to keep your physical body as good looking and functioning as well as possible.

I have an 81 year old little Chiquita Banana mother, and she colors her hair, never leaves the house without some makeup, and wears the latest styles. I want to be like her. God bless her heart, i swear that woman has the best spirit of anyone i know. Anyway, grow old gracefully, and keep your mind young, laugh as much as you can, and it doesnt hurt to get a good face cream! You're worth it!

OR- we can both check into a center where we can get full face lifts and come out looking like every man's dream. How's that? I would like a few touch ups. How about it??

I'll tell you one thing, as long as i can lift my arms i will use hair color on my head. I hate grey hair.
We have such an advantage. I've been feeling really depressed lately, but thanks to creams and make up i can go from beast to beauty in a heart beat!
I love being a woman!

Cheer up (said she)

Did someone say freshly grown up daughter.. Corrr..mmm[/pervert]

I was just having a discussion with a friend about this subject..
This is a scary world for parents and you deserve all the praises in the world..
Instead of being feeling 'down/past it/life is over' you should think of all the parties you can go to now..and phone her to pick you up after

THAT was a goody!!! I like!

To tell you ALL the truth....I'm pretty proud of my grey hairs.

DAMMIT...I earned each and every one of them!

Um...then why do I want to dye my hair every so often?

Hmmmmmmmmmmm?

Try to be happy. A lot of people don't have the same gifts as you.

I'm pretty much happy most of the time. No worries.

Jensouth said 40 is the new 20. I guess we're as old as we feel eh? Tho, I wouldn't want to be 20 again (just finishing up my teens and starting into adult life....BLAH..) I guess each age is not without its pangs.

People say my daughter looks like me (poor girl lolololol kiddin). She has the spunk and tenacity of her mom, I like that!

I love her dearly.

I don't drink much, but I smoke like a chimney Ducky.
Not cigarettes... those little 20 pack cigars. They can't stick you with
the taxes that way!

Dg's quote,

I'll tell you one thing, as long as i can lift my arms i will use hair color on my head.

You and me kid. lol
Sometimes I can't remember what color my hair used to be.
:w: lol
