Nobody FORCED you to join, you joined for some reason or another.

You are not Indoctrinated to believe everything you read, this is not place of brainwashing - brainstorming yes. Some people believe everything they read, that is their problem. Not yours.

Not everything that is put on the internet/this site is true. Only you can see it for what it is. Only you can sort through the treads and decide what you think is crap and what isn't, but don't bash other people for believing in something that you find stupid.
