We might not be in totally tyranny, but we sure getting closer and closer. I'm sure most of us would agree that corporations run our countries.
Well, there's nothing free about a corporation. Corporations are
totalitarian institutions.
Is the crap going to hit the fan?
As I've mentioned previously, we currently have a huge stock market bubble, a real estate bubble and nations of the world are currently fighting for
access to the little oil we have left.
IMO, the frogs are very much aware that they're standing in boiling water.

Why do you believe
gotrox's comment to be "foolish"?
This is happening
right now!
4.0 percent of U.S. households experience hunger. Some people in these households frequently skip meals or eat too little, sometimes going without
food for a whole day. 11.1 million people, including 430 thousand children, live in these homes.

With the price of oil as it is, heating a home this winter will be quite expensive all right. IMO, it's not so far-fetched to believe that the
military will be ask to intervene. (as it did in Katrina) Especially in Canada, where the military is often asked to intervene in time of need, as in
a forest fire for example.
