Just found this, couldnt find it already on ATS so here you go.
Not a great 20 second clip but its strange how it just disappears at the end.

Video.

I think this is recent, cant find anything else on this.
On the comments section they mainly think its a flare, or ball lightning??

When the light cuts out it gets progressively smaller. Is the light going away or is it a small source with an extremely bright light.
