Without an example, a clear example, we cannot determine what you are talking about.

Perhaps through a violation of the Terms and Service these posts have been put on global ignore. This can be a reason. Without an explanation from the moderators on this, we won't know what happened.

A clear violation of the T&C can result in a global ban that will make any post made by the violating member invisible while under the global ban. After the ban is lifted their posts should show up.
