HAARP is used for Invisibility and Interdimensional travel.
By modifying the angle of the electromagnetic field the same antenna array can be used to cloak your secret triangle aircraft or visit the Bermuda
triangle survivors in alternate dimensions.
It started with the Philadelphia Experiment...
...Was hammered out at Montauk...
...And perfected with HAARP.
"Simply imagine a square with an "X" in the center with each end of the two crossing vectors of the "X" connected to a corner of the square.
That's what a Delta T looks like from above and below. From the side view you see that each vector of the "X" is slopping down at a 45 degree angle
from the apex where the two vectors intersect and then connects with a corner of the square and then continues on below it at an inverted 45 degree
angle that returns to a point of intersection 90 degrees below the top one. In other words, the two axis' of the antenna that are vertical form a
diamond shape and the third axis is a square shape that goes around the middle of the other two." --

Trying to find an image of this location on Google Earth is impossible. It's mysteriously unavailable at the moment. I can't even zoom in close
enough to see the Mountain near it. Truly worrisome.

There is supposed to be an array in Norway and Russia. I found the coordinates for the Russian array but the zoom doesn't get very close. Haven't
found the Norway array yet.
The best Google zoom I could get was at the HIPAS (HIgh Power Auroral Stimulation) Observatory. They have what looks like 5 antenna laid out in a fan
like pattern.

I thought it was going to be used to scramble our vibrations as a last ditch attempt to stop anyone moving on to a higher level next harvest for fear

Lived in Alaska for a long time. Been to the place where one of these is supposed to be, and it's not there, not that I could see. But shortly before
I left a few years ago, two small planes mysteriously had a collision, right over said spot. I'm not sure that has EVER happened before, in Alaska,
With such small planes, on a perfectly sunny and clear day, nowhere near anything like an airport/airstrip/mountain/flying spaghetti monster.
