**Please delete Prob sorted**IE wont load up windows update??

I have spybot avg and zone labs, i know someone who is/has attached backdoors/bots on my system, and im forever trying to remove.

Spybot just today in safe mode found smitfraud.C Generic.
I think ive got it removed, using spybot and a specific smitfraud remover.
However, when i go to windows update site, it cant load up the page, still.
As had this same problem before, dont know if its related?

Can anyone help??
