that website is weird... i did a ping on the ip. it routes from detroit (where i live, obviously), to chicago, to seattle, to chicago again, to an unknown.

I think that they do not want anyone to know the location of where the web site was made.

Now it appears to be down.

It appears from research that Kinglizard is correct, there are too many names and dates associated with Harvard and 1970 to not make the connection. It is not the Shadow Government as Government understans it however, that would be FEMA, located under Mount Weather.
