Idaho making it harder for citizens to carry tazers/stunguns?

Ok, I know, I move around a lot, but right now, I'm living up by Idaho, and the news is talking about Idaho law makers trying to make it hard for people to carry a stungun or taser for personal protection.

This is getting ridiculous. Pretty soon, they're going to outlaw martial arts too. Why don't they feel people should have a right to defend themselves with a non-lethal weapon?

Or is it so that cops can subdue people easier?

Maybe pretty soon, they'll ban all sharp objects too.
