I don't know if I believe this tape. There are several parts that seem "staged" or it just seems like this isn't how terrified people really act. The women seemed awfully stupid too, as is the nature with most videos.

Not sure why people are wondering if this is real or not. It's a movie.

Yes there actually several versions of the McPhearson Tapes.
This is the 1997 remake using paid actors and is very badly scripted (especially the scene where the grandmother and the daughter are playing the piano; terrible acting.)

The original is non-existant but a VHS copy has been said to be floating around in France, of all places.

I have most of the major leaked videos in my archive, the original would be a treasure.

Would you mind sharing that?
