There's still a wobble to the Moon. Are you suggesting that they (the aliens, I guess) are sophisticated and powerful enough to manipulate the Moon's rotation, but can't quite get it exactly right? Underachievers, I suppose.

Wow we are in agreement! I know we have butted heads on a different thread, but I would have to agree with your observation here.

Maybe their Inertial Dampeners are out of alignment? Better get an engineering team on that quick!
