This is NO JOKE!

I've visited the Caledonia Reserve Nation (Ontario, Canada), and just bought 5 CARTONs of smokies for only $7.00 ea.

The cheapest smokes that one can buy at a convenience store is over $7.13.

Hmmmmmm.......

Ok...bumping...for 'financial reasons'.

I guess if 'one has to smoke', this can be the cheapest way.

How many days can 1 carton last me?

Depends. Seriously.

On average...I can smoke about 1/2 to a full pack/day.

If I drink, the average goes up by a pack or more

can i just enquire as to how many packets are contained in a carton?

would i be right in thinking it's 10 packets?

10 packets, with 20 cigs in each packet?

200 cigs?

thats 50 quid here..... about 100 dollars.

That's where I go to buy mine as well Ducky....didn't realize we were such close neighbours

At first I found the taste difference to be hard to handle, but now I can't smoke "store-bought" cigs anymore.

A pack of smokes = 25 ciggies.

25 X 8 (carton) = 200

Anyone in the UK who has brought cigarette's from one of those vending machines in pubs will know how bad prices can be here (think since the ban most machines have gone now)

I remember times paying £5-£6 quid for a pack that could only contain 16 cigs!!! That's $10-$12 for you Americans - I gave up ciggs in favour of rolling baccy long ago so don't know exactly the price of 20 smokes now - think it's very close to the £5 mark if not more by now.

I pay £2.50 for 12.5g which should last me 2-3 days longer even cos I've been slowing for a while now. When drinking though - why does booze make you smoke twice as much??
