[Vid] UFO on The Moon??

I dont think this has been posted earlier, it was the first time i saw it.
Dont know what it is, could be a big rock with a shadow.
It looks interesting though

It is difficult to see it at first, but it is there.



If this has been posted before it's just to remove it.

Just wondering...
Was it too difficult to see?
Or is it just because i am too new?
The point with this post was to get some feedback, on what it could be.

Hi Balez,

Theres two things I can pick up on....

One crater in the middle has like a round object above it..

But really interesting is the large crater in the shape of a hexagon, large crater near bottom of video..

I have made a few snaps from this video and highlighted the object.
So it will be easier to see where it is in the video.

It looks like it is hovering over the moon...?

Last the bigger one with the objected highlighted:

Looks like just a large long hill line that has it's top illuminated by the sun. This effect is often seen on the moon where places of higher elevation are illuminated at the terminator even though their base is in darkness.

I agree: pheraps crater ejecta would be another possible explanation:

Anyway, the telescope was pointing towards Mare Nectaris, if i'm correct.
The person who uploaded the video, indicated another formation as possible ufo:

If you can't see the triangular shape, Just look roughly at the centre of the video where you'll see two dark creators this is right on the edge where the moon is in total darkness the shape is sitting on the second creator in from the dark side,

Wow that is a very clear shot.It looks like the obect is suspended to me.Blows me away to think that someone using a powerful telescope could get these shots.Any idea what equipment was used to get this shot?.

This whole subject really facinates me, i just finished the book"Dark Mission" by Richard Hoagland. This book is so well researched that you have to question what we have been told by NASA and the lies that have been perpetuated for 40years about structures on the moon.

I really don't see what you are referring to except for the
triangular shaped rock or crater. If this was a craft of any
kind, from this prespective, it would be an object that is least
50-60 miles long or wide. Not hardly I thinks.

The crater on the left is definately Piccolomini, IMHO: and the formation behind it is Rupes Altai.

It would be more or less 55 miles: it looks to be more or less as long and as wide as Piccolomini, which diameter is 88 kilometers (more or less 54 miles).

There ya go. Internos comes-up with the goods once again.

What struck me about this video was that, i remember seeing a object like this on the moon a long time before this video was released.

There was alot of speculation concering this picture, in the end NASA concluded it was a rock formation.
The thing is, this object in this video looks almost exactly like what NASA said was a rock formation.

What my problem is, is that i dont remember where the 'first' rock formation was located on the moon.

As we all know Internos, is our own little google-god here on ATS
And since he/she is quite good at finding information, i'm asking for your help Internos.

the first one that comes in mind is Ukert crater, the second one is this triangle that was visible just with the old version of Clementine (1.5): but no one of them turned out to be a rock formation: i mean the first one is a crater, the second one was most likely a bad processing of the images (due to missing data): so i don't think it's one of these two.

No you are right, it's none of those two.

The picture i remember is probably from the early 90's or so.
Ofcourse it could be that it is located at the same place, as i dont remember the suroundings very well on that picture.

But what i can recall is that, it was quite close to one of the big craters.
My moon knowledge isn't very good so...

Forgot this, you couldn't make any mistake of this object, and the first i saw on that picture, they are very similar in shape.

I have been trying to find if there is more on the seccond pic you posted Internos, as it ends exactly where this 'object' is located.
But no luck as of yet.
And that image is the only image i've found that resembles the video.

Could you please tell me what the crater / object is in the photograph, youve placed a number 2 on it...

Just updating this site with the image of the strange shape on the moon, Wanadoo closed down the image holding folder now placed on google, if you click on the video link "more info" you will see more images
