Good find.
In addition to a GLZ in a solar system, there's also a similar zone in regards to the placement in the galaxy, such that radiation isn't
prohibitively high.
This is also called the 'Habitable Zone', or on a Galactic scale, a GHZ.
One criticism for this is cited by the example of the (probable) "oceans" of Europa. It falls outside the planetary 'green belt', yet it may
contain primitive life.
