Well, I don't know about "celebs" but Kate Bush comes to mind.
For example, "Cloudbusting" (the lyrics are found in "Hounds of Love"), the song is about Wilhelm Reich and his work on Cloudbusting, orgone, etc.
"Them heavy people" (from "The kick inside") mentions Gurdjieff .
There also other associations and links (via the music) to Celtic myths but I'll let *you* find these for yourself!!
