How to Manifest a Chi Energy Ball

Im not sure if he's been discussed before, but a few months ago I stumbled upon the user yogameditation on youtube.

His name is Wan:


Wan teaches different meditation techniques and updates videos almost daily.
The first video I'm going to show you was uploaded on youtube today and shows a visual demonstration of his chi energy ball.

I recommend practicing Wan's techniques, and even listening to and reading some of his mantras from his website:

Beautiful, I have been practicing these techniques for many years. A good instructional video, I will check him out thank you. I notice that he is running the energy and using the secret techniques to build the maximum amount of chi energy.

sorry, I'm not sure what your getting at.

With lots of practice, one may be able to see their chi energy ball.
As of now, I can only feel it.
It kind of feels the way two opposing magnets feel, except your hands are the magnets.

It takes lots of practice, so don't try and show off until you are sure you've got it down lol, or people will just think your silly.

Any video i see on youtube i show instant caution.

What is the candle video supposed to show ? I see him flailing his hand all over quite some distance from the candle.

Then in the final sweep he is much closer and using a lot more power.

I think it is obvious the candle would go out.

Thats just my personal opinion on the candle video.

Get him to put the candle out using the same amount of force as he used the first time when he was flailing about and from the same distance and i will agree that this man is using a Chi energy ball.

actually, put your mouse on the video while hes wailing his hand the first time.
put your mouse to the closest he gets to the candle.
now leave it there.
wait for the last one.
ZOMG! his hand does not go past the mouse!

his hand is not closer.
try moving your hand like that.
there is equal force both times.

Now i dont intend on making any further post's here.

The thread is a valid one in my opinion but the candle video does nothing to verify the existance of Chi energy ball's.

Even if it did go a little bit closer, I tried this out with a candle at home and could not put it out with the force from my hand alone.

I know it sounds like there is more force in the video, but that sound, imo, is just the candle being extinguished.

but, everyone is entitled to believe what they like.

I've found the first technique, after the candle video (which is just a demonstration) to really work.

I will give this a shot later and see if anything happens for me. I got the magnetic force feeling in my hands before by following someone else's instruction once and it was rather cool. o.0

just takes a lot of practice... duh

I wish I could do that.

Just practise it an know you can do it. (Easier said than done of course). There are ways to clear the belief that you can do it.

for those that are somewhat skeptical of the first video, Wan posted this next video on youtube this morning, where he extinguishes the candles with one finger...
