news.bbc.co.uk...

The attack on 11 July 2004 in Bromley, Kent left the victim partially blinded after CCTV controllers spotted Cahill's older brother kicking his victim in the head twice as he lay on the floor.

Police found the victim semi-conscious and bleeding heavily and speaking in January, Detective Constable Will Hope described the attack as "brutal and terrifying".

^^^

so in short his brother kicked the # out of someone and he salutes him after a goal...

CCTV is closed circuit television meaning the police probably got an eyeful of his brother kicking someones head it

and the FA has no comment?

what is it with some footballers? do they grow up poor like american athletes and just keep hanging around criminals while they are millionaires?

it's sick that he doesn't have the class to keep this story out of the media, it makes him look horrible that he is gonna give his brother a celebration after he was jailed for doing what he did

there was probably a lot of young everton fans who had no clue that his brother was jailed until this celebration, and what does it teach them? that even though your family members try to kick heads in it's alright? and they should get a goal celebration?
