What is most striking about this Pentagon report is that it is from the year 2004, when Mr. Auchi traveled by private aircraft to Midway Airport in
Chicago and then to a fete at the Four Season Hotel, where he met with his business partner in Chicago real estate, Mr. Rezko, as well as with
Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. Also present that night, according to a fresh report by James Bone and Dominic Kennedy of the London Times, was
State Senator Barack Obama, who had recently won the Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate seat that next fall. Bone and Kennedy report that Mr.
Auchi and Mr. Obama shook hands. Mr. Obama's aide does not now recall the handshake but does agree that Mr. Obama was present in the hotel that
evening.

www.humanevents.com...
Today the questions include: does Senator Obama know that, through his unfortunate association with Mr. Rezko, he was once exposed to grand larceny at
the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity from 2003 to 2006? Does Senator Obama know that the Iraqi government wants Mr. Alsammarae returned to face his
punishment and to cooperate in ongoing discoveries about additional crimes? Does Senator Obama know that there is a fugitive in Chicago who creates
unhappy questions about his recent political associations?

Will it make a difference if he does?
Does anyone care?

in April 2005, one month before Mr. Alsammarae left his post, his Ministry of Electricity signed a contract for $50 million with Companion Security
to provide training to Iraqis to guard electrical plants by flying them to Illinois for classes. Companion Security was headed by a former Chicago
policeman with a troubled history, Daniel T. Frawley, in partnership with Mr. Rezko and in association with Daniel Mahru, the lawyer for the original
contract and Mr. Rezko's former business partner. In April 2006, Mr. Frawley entered negotiations with Governor Rod Blagojevich's staff to lease
a
military facility in Illinois to be a training camp. In August 2006, Mr. Frawley started negotiations with Mr. Obama's U.S. Senate staff to complete
the contract.

there is a report that Mr. Alsammarae's daughter appealed directly to the office of U.S. Senator Barack Obama."He stole $650 million from the people
of Iraq, and from the people of the United States, and he was tried and convicted in an Iraqi court in October 2006 for his crimes.

Obama October 2002: Now let me be clear: I suffer no illusions about Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal man. A ruthless man. A man who butchers his own
people to secure his own power. He has repeatedly defied UN resolutions, thwarted UN inspection teams, developed chemical and biological weapons, and
coveted nuclear capacity. He’s a bad guy. The world, and the Iraqi people, would be better off without him.

Remember Obama keeps saying he didn't vote for the war,
True, he wasn't there, the vote was taken in 2002 he wasn't senator untill 2004.
I watched a question and answer session on TV last night, Not one person of all the people who were going to vote for Obama could name his
accomplishments, they just felt GOOD about him.
alrighty
After September 11th, after witnessing the carnage and destruction, the dust and the tears, I supported this Administrations pledge to hunt down and
root out those who would slaughter innocents in the name of intolerance, and I would willingly take up arms myself to prevent such tragedy from
happening again.

OBAMA SECRETLY TAPED?
FBI PROBE | Real estate broker convicted of fraud becomes a mole for feds to nail Rezko
www.suntimes.com...
Sources said Thomas also logged frequent visits to Rezko from Gov. Blagojevich and U.S. Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.). Blagojevich and Obama were among
the many politicians for whom Rezko raised campaign cash.

The politics of sleaze
Who Is Nadhmi Auchi and What's His Tie to Obama?
www.guardian.co.uk...
www.realclearpolitics.com...
The connection between Mr. Auchi and Sen. Obama is tenuous. But given Mr. Auchi's shady past, his history of bribing politicians, it's not
unreasonable to ask if Mr. Auchi, through Mr. Rezko, was trying to buy influence with a rising political star. And it's curious that outside of the
Chicago Sun Times and the Chicago Tribune, both of which have written extensively on the Rezko-Obama relationship, only a British newspaper is
asking.

Angry Barack Obama bombarded by media
www.nydailynews.com...
Has anyome dug deep enough to know Obama's earlist political history.
www.chicagotribune.com...
There they began the tedious process of challenging hundreds of signatures on the nominating petitions of state Sen. Alice Palmer, the longtime
progressive activist from the city's South Side. And they kept challenging petitions until every one of Obama's four Democratic primary rivals was
forced off the ballot.

Fresh from his work as a civil rights lawyer and head of a voter registration project that expanded access to the ballot box, Obama launched his first
campaign for the Illinois Senate saying he wanted to empower disenfranchised citizens. But in that initial bid for political office, Obama quickly
mastered the bare-knuckle arts of Chicago electoral politics. His overwhelming legal onslaught signaled his impatience to gain office, even if that
meant elbowing aside an elder stateswoman like Palmer.

I'd say the only reason he isn't as corrupt as Hillary is that he hasn't been around as long. And he's sold out to Israel to boot!

Obama, who told the Chicago Tribune that, in all the years he's known Rezko, "I've never done any favors for him.''

nalert.blogspot.com...
Obama's letters, written nearly nine years ago, for the first time show the Democratic presidential hopeful did a political favor for Rezko -- a
longtime friend, campaign fund-raiser and client of the law firm where Obama worked -- who was indicted last fall on federal charges that accuse him
of demanding kickbacks from companies seeking state business under Gov. Blagojevich.

I guess the news media is way behind.

Wow, you are the only reply so far. I think this is evidence enough that this won't fly. I mean, we would have to ignore McCain/Iseman, McCain and
the failed savings and loan, Hillary and Whitewater, Hillary and the Rose law Firm...
All just dirty, agenda-driven, old-school politics as usual. Aren't you tired of it yet? Let us know when you wake up.
edit: okay one post since I first tried to reply, my point remains the same.

translating
Under the title ` Secre13', kept in its computer the terrorist just lowered Raul Kings, which could be the last letters sent to the other members of
the secretaryship of the band of delinquents of the CRAF. In one of them, aside from mentioning to Chávez and assuring that the recent liberation of
the 4 ex- congressmen would give greater protagonism to the Venezuelan president, also on the contacts of the president of Ecuador, Rafael Strap (to
see the videos here), appears this pearlite Obama. And thus it says very textually: They say that the new president of his country will be Obama and
that they are interested in their compatriots. Obama did not support Colombia Plan nor company/signature of TLC… Martha Colmenares. It follows with
images of found documents, and the reports.

Don't get me wrong! We have all the proof we need that Obama's sleaze, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't believe everything we read that's
negative about him.

Barack Obama Statement on Recent Events near Colombia's Borders
March 03, 2008 -- "The Colombian people have suffered for more than four decades at the hands of a brutal terrorist insurgency, and the Colombian
government has every right to defend itself against the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
The recent targeted killing of a senior FARC leader must not be used as a pretense to ratchet up tensions or to threaten the stability of the region.
The presidents of Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela have a responsibility to ensure that events not spiral out of control, and to peacefully address any
disputes through active diplomacy with the help of international actors."

I guess not,
I wish we could, but I believe it is the big guys behind the candidates who run the show. Like George Soros,
