This is very interesting that you brought that up. If this was a case by case bases, I would hope that this would be an exception. I believe this because of the topic of the video was in the title no matter the wording. But because of the usage of a symbol inside the word, the search engines may miss cataloging it. Thus lowering the value of this site to advertiser customers. This is a violation of course that is zero tolerance ATS rule.
