Tremors have reportedly been felt across Britain.
Calls have been received by Sky News from Norfolk, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire and East Anglia.

Sylvia Tidy-Harris from Ellistown, Leicestershire described the tremor as a "real boneshaker".

My apologies this is my first post and hopefully you\\\'ll forgive any mistakes (wrong location etc).

Somewhat disorientated and legs still a bit wobbly apx 30/35 mins ago Barnsley, South Yorkshire in the UK and most of the UK from initial reports experienced what can only be described as a quake / tremor.

unconfirmed at this time (01.32 am UK GMT)

4.4 / 5.0 on the scale and epi centre was Hull, North Lincolnshire

I admit to being damn right scared when it occured a slow approaching rumble like thunder which wasn\\\'t helped with the wind blowing outside then the house, desk and me in my office chair moved about 3 feet across my room.
