And another who is an ascended master... superior spiritual being to us poor regular humans.

I feel obligated by my faith to confront their false teaching that Evil doesn't exist.

Yes I believe it. But I do not presume to know what Gods intentions are for everyone else. The cross might extend much farther than most think.
So I am not going to judge people out right.

However when someone claims they are an Angel or a Master and claims there is no evil in the world --they are dangerous and should be confronted.

No. You can meditate without a cd. I don't think it is mandatory. People thousands of years ago, were more advanced than we are now.

They meditated, without music or with it, it doesn't really matter.

No you do not. But the more experience you have the better. Keep in mind, you can also retrogress when you reincarnate.

They do not have bodies. They are in the spirit world. YOU choose to be Reincarnated, everyone has choice, unless you have done something bad in a pat life, then you have a Karmic Debt to pay.
