Australian Defence Force

Hi all, im not sure if i posted this in the right forum so apologies if i did..

Im just wondering if any Australian's have served in the Australian Defence Force? The reason im asking is that i am actually joining up as a Soldier. I just want some opinions/storys that you guys might have about the ADF.

Im aware that the training is from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week, so pretty full on

Anyway any opinions or storys would be greatly appreciated..

Would like to hear from some ADF guys too, I myself am considering joining up, would have joined up full time, but i think i'll become a weekend warrior, cause im thinking of joining the police force and then doing the army thing the 1 weekend a month...

Yeah, i was also considering the Police Force, but chose the Defence Force instead.. Im planning on joining up full time.

Screw the police force.. What about the civilians?? They're EVIL!!!
