You still have not shown any proof that Bush went AWOL. A bunch of people saying they do not remember seeing Bush will not hold up in court. I need evidence that will hold up in court.

What did I say? His father was a congressman and then CIA director. With that kind of political influence, there will be no actual proof of his desertion but you do have circumstantial evidence that shows that HE WAS GONE when he should have been present.

Circumstantial evidence is not enough for you to say with 100% certainty that Bush went AWOL.

Although you're right many Presidents haven't been able to keep their pants on. When it comes down to it, one lied about getting a blowjob (in my eyes big deal???), and another lied that cost thousands of people their lives. Which do you prefer?

Colonel you said it is truth backed up by circumstantial evidence, which means it may or may not be true. Say you have good reason to believe Bush went AWOL but dont say it is the truth.

I do not see why you have to judge people by the political party they are in. Being a republican does not mean you will lie but being a democrat does not mean you will tell the truth. I judge people for who they are not what political party they are in.

I thought that campaigns were an opportunity to get to know candidates? But I do agree that politics has sunk to new lows. To run for office now you need to be 'perfect' or have mob connections (to break the knuckes of anyone that talks'). Otherwise nobody looks good under the microscope. Frankly that is the worst part of the business, I don't know how a lot of them handle it, I guess they just ignore it most of the time.

The public has to be mature also, it has to decide for valid reasons what is news worthy and what isn't. The press doesn't care about propriety as long as they can attract attention.

I wish things would change. I am disgusted with the way things happen now.

Russian you have to understand that ALL PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS ARE LIARS. It does not matter what their party affiliatian is, so when democrats call republicans liars they are right, and when republicans call democrats liars, they are also right.
