CoS doesn't need to be powerful, all it needs is a purpose.

And right at this moment in society's history, i believe that purpose has been manipulated, essentially turning CoS into a trap designed to lure in powerful enemies of those who have subverted CoS, good and proper.

Let's just say... the rewards of springing the trap successfully on CoS's side would result in a large amount of power for them, yes.

But it would also have massive social ramifications, and from there we have what i like to call the Implementation of the Ultimate Strategy.

As some would call it, EndGame.

This is the rule of modern society - Change is to be stomped on, repeatedly.

People don't like change, it gets in the way of personal finances and interferes with the lives of the sheeple.

Now then, if a group of people were to CAUSE that change, like for example what Anon is doing rather haphazardly, it would mean the establishment would be free to swoop in and claim the glory for protecting the lives of the innocent, and would then be able to shape that change to their own aims.

Perhaps it would be similar to a game of chess, where you make your opponent make the first obvious move which reveals his strategy to you.

It doesn't simply end with Scientology, we need a game-plan to be able to keep up with the real elite strategists.

edit; Now then, what is the purpose of The Anon movement?

p.s; rhetorical question, btw.

These criminals are using Scientology as a plantation of sorts, raising their crop of believers, harnessing the fruits of their labour (money and man power for example), and with that in the public eye, the abuse can end, and people can get back to practicing their religion without all the human rights violations, destruction of privacy and freedom, and without the reworking of the religion itself.

Take down the kingpin and it'll just leave a power vacuum that SOMEONE will fill, and probably end up doing the same with. After L.R.H passed on, the abuse continued unabated, on what basis do you assume that it'll stop just because the leadership is transplanted as it was before?

Might not agree, but thumbs up.

Our purpose isn't to destroy scientology however, our purpose is merely to end the abuse.

The Hare Krishna movement was taken down over abuse claims brought to the public eye, surely, people still practice the religion, but the abuse is no more, or, at least, a shadow of what it was.

I find it even more amusing how the real solution is so absurdly simple.

@ KosherKrackers: You realise that by highlighting the problems of scientology's methodology, you are essentially attacking their power-base?

Infact it's similar to what i'm doing right now.

Remember what i said about your own tactics being used against you?

But anyway, You cannot simply do this through legality - the simple solution is people, because people represent power.

Anon is heading in the right direction with this, but i acknowledge the problem inthat teenagers often have short attention spans, and tend to get bored of a movement if it doesn't do anything.

The only thing that Anon needs to do is Grow*.

* You might ask why, and i have the answer;

Anon represents the perfect method of Society, and i acknowledge that.

But the problem is when that Society has a purpose, it takes shape, and that shape is something that can be manipulated.

I'm starting to realise this... It confuses me as much as the Anonymous movement must confuse someone from the outside.

ok, elaborate on this mr.notanOSAplantatal, if you would please, this I simply must hear.

I understand that there are criminals within Scientology. It was created by criminals, OTO members, and Pentagon insiders like Jack Parsons, L. Ron Hubbard and others. Do you understand there are criminals in our government? These criminals are far more dangerous and powerful than the Church of Scientology could ever dream of being!

You say you want to take action against these Scientologist criminals right? Then you take action against them individually! You don't attack their religion... this is how the dialectic game is played, you build a strawman like Scientology to take the fall for you. The criminals that created Scientology are the same ones bringing you the Anonymous movement and the New World Order. Learn about the latter so you can stop being its fodder.

Watch "Endgame" by Alex Jones on youtube/google to get you started.

we are NOT attacking there religion, how many times has this been said to you? how many times have you failed to absorb it? we are attacking the organization, the corporate entity, the busyness, and all the people involved in the maintenance of this criminal enterprise.

I know there are other bigger fish in exsistance, I know that the democrats and the republicans are just two sides of the same totalitarian coin, I know all this, but we have momentum on crushing these criminals, when we get done with them, THEN maybe we will consider taking on what ever foe you happen to be fixated on, but for now we will stay on target. have you stopped to think that perhaps your enemy is afraid of us? that we are in fact a neigh unstoppable information dissemination machine, that if we get wind of them they will be exposed to the world? maybe in a few years when we are done with Scientology, we will consider being your personal army and go after the 'new world order', but we won't get anything done unless we stay focused on our goals, for now that is bringing down Miscavage and his cronies in the Corporation of Scientology.

Irrelevant, see my post concerning hivemind, as for the supposed religious intolerance, see my earlier post regarding the abuses of scientology and various problems thereof.

Anonymous does not work in terms of "this is worse, therefore we must shift our aims to reflect this."

Don't know where you got that from.

I just see it as a typical result of how the internet has been integrated into society, except it's given the people in society the ability to act in a way they previously would be unable to.

Which is the problem - because it's so tempting to act that way.

If ya'll were just peaceful and didn't try to change things all the time (but kept expanding, slowly), you might find people would have been far more accepting.

"Thousands of people rose with one voice over the abuses of scientology in just a few short months, with no leader, and all rallying behind the idea and organising with no hierarchy, to arrange worldwide protests against Scientology in over 100 cities worldwide, on the same date, at the same time in their respective timezones."

That's why.

Just consider what Anonymous is, what it does, and how it operates... Not too surprising people who haven't lurked moar find it impossible to comprehend. Especially when first encountering it.

Nothing happens without active participation in changing things.

Lying down and saying "Yeah, ok, you do your thing while we talk amongst ourselves in the corner" changes nothing. And when it comes to abuse, it needs to be brought into the public eye and changed.

Yes, there are more abuses in this world, but this is the one Anonymous has rallied against.

I got that from the thread were we are watching you guys make these bizar accusations from, I found it funny and relevent so I posted it.

so what way is it that we are acting?

our protests were peaceful, not one anon was arrested, infact, the only person who I am aware of who might have been was a scientologist who went nuts in LA and assaulted some protesters (nothing major, spitting kicking grabbing glasses and masks).

accepting the status quo is not an option if it is wrong.
