Now that the USA-193 no longer exists, what would be the designation for the next spy satellite due to launch on the 26 Feb from Vandenberg?

Good question... hmmm. NRO L-28. I wonder if it would even be tracked out in the wild if it was "classified". I'm not sure but "if" it was to be listed I'd imagine that it would show up shortly before or after launch in the "latest launches" link at n2yo.
