Would the US even consider doing such a thing?
there are two diffrent posibilities
1) extraterrestrials do exist and we are being farmed for some unknown purpose and this is part of the conspiracy and they are either mutateing humans
for optimum performance or progressively erticateing society.
2) like in the x-files movie it could be some experiment done by the US military for US led acts of terrorism in other countries. kind of like when
scully gets the disease from a honey bee.
