The NWO is a kind of administrative overlayer that will rest on top of the current government systems already in place. That is, you currently live
under local, state, and federal government systems. This will be an additional layer designed to track commerce, standardize monetary exchange,
increase communications efficiency, establish legislation for the greater good of the planet (instead of a few regional or national bodies), and make
plans to avoid potential calamities that could result in a deterioration of support systems (anything from large natural disasters, to asteroid
impacts to invasion by ETs). When the huge tsunami hit in 2004, the NWO immediately responded with emergency aid to survivors, and established
additional scientific investigation to see if that sort of thing could be predicted and avoided in the future.
As the world population becomes larger and more intertwined, it will be necessary to increase the amount of monitoring and control worldwide so that
small disruptions do not cause major hardship for large numbers of people. In the same way a tiny little clog in a vein can cause an entire human
body to suffer and die, in a complex world system, small problems can lead to very large negative consequences. The NWO will work to mitigate those
problems.
P.S. -- As I've said before, it's my opinion that the people most likely to fear the NWO and engage in baseless fear mongering about the NWO are
those involved in some kind of petty criminal activity, like smoking dope, cheating on their spouses or taxes, stealing cable TV, etc. As it turns
out, the NWO isn't really interested in any of that as long as it doesn't create problems for other people or impinge on their rights. Same thing
goes for your belief system. Worship whoever or whatever you want, as long as it doesn't interrupt commerce.
However, the improved communications and tracking systems put into place by the NWO may be used by regional and local law enforcement to more
efficiently locate and apprehend people who are engaged in illegal activities. I suppose that is bad if you're a criminal, for the rest of us who
aren't criminals, and who don't like to be victims of crime, it's a good thing.
