my thoughts are that this is a sportsmodel type ufo. I am toying with a name in my head i cant quite think of that was involved, he first started to leak information on a ufo that was a reverse-egineering project named after him that fly around area 51 and then he got into talking about dulce underground co-operative base where he had witnessed pods or cacoon like biological fetus containers. if any one can guess as to who i am referring to it would be a great help, he was seen on documentaries made about the subject the ASWAR is as close as i can come to sounding it out

Using the tree as a reference for size, it appears the craft is not very large.

Also, a tell tale sign of possible hoax is when the video footage is limited and no reason is given.

Anyone taking the time to record a UFO would in theory, record as much video as possible.

Possibly a RC unit?

This footage has originally been released by the infamous website "Counter evidence", if i'm correct (some ATSers should know it very well: in order to have an idea about that website, take a look at this thread. )

You can download this video .mov version from this recovered link:

Observation d'OVNI dans l'Indiana à Selma (USA) En 1989

The video has the fingerprints of the CGI, there are clear signs of editing:

besides, @ sec. 26 (original footage) there's a contemporary horizontal + vertical motion blur effect which affects only the UO, while the shape of the tree remains unaltered: unless i'm missing something, no one movement should create such a effect:

the one should exclude the other, or a similar movement should resolve in
a diagonal shaking, creating a totally different motion blur:
hence, regardless its history, this video is a HOAX; IMHO, of course
.
