anyone seen this footage of alien caught on mobile phone camera

this is something i came across whilst on a perusal of supernatural video

I am quite convinced by this one as it does appear the figure was observing the recreational behavior of humans and was probably intrigued by what it was witnessing, when it reaches out it seems to have a 4th dimensional quality to the outline and possibly some luminous characteristics.

It certainly makes the person react in a frightened manner however i sensed no malice in the creatures intentions it looked as though it was coaxing him along somewhere like a 'come this way' gesture.

it may have been looked at and dismissed previously but i can feel a reality to its believability
