I'm sorry but I must be missing something. That picture looks perfectly reasonable to me, a normal bunch of people, well apart from the joker with the hat.

Now if the picture showed weird aliens with hairy heads, large noses, small eyes, sticky out ears and males with hairy chins. I would be worried.
