Diana's butler Paul Burrell 'lied to inquest' - report

PRINCESS Diana's former butler Paul Burrell admitted to lying to the ongoing inquest into her death, The Sun tabloid has reported.

Citing a three-hour video shot in a New York hotel room that it obtained, the newspaper report quoted Mr Burrell as saying: "I was very naughty and I made a couple of red herrings, and I couldn't help doing it ... I know you shouldn't play with justice and I know it's illegal and I realise how serious it is."
