Cheney is notorious for these kind of shakedowns, his longwinded approach to free border travel and his threats towards president bush it is a shame someone has not decided to incarcerate Mr. cheney. Cheney has practically funded Osama Bin Laden and free oil trade prior to 9/11. Apparently to increase gas prices is the reason the bush administration is no long friends with Bin Laden.
