More than a spy satellite?

Just throwing this out there, but what if it's not really a spy satellite.

We have had lots of objects re-enter the atmosphere and I am sure more than a few of them had some hazardous materials on them.

I mean they can tell us its a "Spy Satellite".. and we take that as wow, well at least they are saying what it is.

For all we know it's an advanced nuclear weapons platform that wouldn't do anyone good coming back home.

Could we have a high altitude EMP burst somewhere in the world in our near future?
