Alleged Serial 911 Caller Made More Than 27,000 Calls

Authorities have arrested an alleged 911 cell phone caller who was believed to have made more than 27,000 emergency calls, overwhelming California Highway Patrol and Hayward 911 systems.

Lol wait for the good part, Authorities asked the guy why he made 27,000 calls and he said "Because its free"

When police also went to arrest him he said sorry... Could have been more serious though. What about the real emergency calls that needed to be answered by 911.

Anyway, lets hope the loopy guy learnt his lesson!!!
