it all depends on what you mean by watched...
Everytime you step out of your door, someone is watching you. town centre cctv, mall cctv, speed cameras, bar security, bank security, the cops by the
side of the road. your ISP, your cell phone provider, your phone company...
but you'd have to have done something really stupid to get suits watching you.
a statistic apparently from the uk's office of national statistics estimates that a person in the uk is caught on cctv 250 times a day...
(and just because you AREN'T paranoid, doesn't mean they AREN'T out to get you...)

I browse a lot of websites containing conspiracy material and i have like over a 100 sites bookmarked. My phone, cable and internet are all connected.
I was looking at a website and listening a conspiracy radio show a few months back, and whille doing this the phone rang. I looked at the caller id
and the number read exactly like this 000-000-0000. I looked at my brother and showed him the phone. Then i picked it up and no one was there, just a
static type of silence. I get one of these weird calls at least once a week.
Maybe they a tracking people.
