It’s very clear that Mossad/CIA are behind the assassination of Imad Moughniyah 2nd in Command Hezbollah with a little help from Syria.

But the question is what is the objective behind this assassination?

Kill one of the top dogs and wait till the rest of the pack responds, than respond back with a full-scale war.

Does Israel want a rematch with Hezbollah and succeed this time?
Are they waiting for 'spark' to give them a go ahead sign?

The big and more important question arising from the killing in Damascus is not whether Hezbollah will respond, but how and when.

Perhaps you could elaborate on this point for the rest of the membership. Some of us do not find it very clear.

Isreal doesn't wish to go to war with anyone I believe. They nearly destroyed lebanon the last time. I believe they stoped short of destroying Hesbaloh, I believe Hesbaloh pushed the war in the first place and see what it got them.
When the Leabonize people have been didticated to by Hesbaloh not Unlike the Afghans from Alquita the oppressed people have to do the best they can. The rest of the civilised world needs to help free those Oppressed Countries. Like lets see Geremany,France,Italythen England & the USA last help.

yeah they destroyed lebanon...including their infrastructure. then the imf and world bank came in and offered them money if they played ball. the typical three decades long tradition of destroying countries and rebuilding them in our image so multinationals can pillage them. they turned it down and hezbollah has been doing a fine job rebuilding the country all by themselves. hezbollah is not oppressing anyone in lebanon...they are helping. they have giving out much more money to the victims of the 2006 war then the us govt ever gave to victims of katrina...and they aren't outsourcing reconstruction to foreign contractors, but getting locals to do it. your beliefs are misguided...
