Well we all know what today is, it make the single people feel like @#!@^ day! Well me being single I will have none of this crap! Singles of ATS UNITE lets let the couples world how we feel! Keep your candy and your flowers and your smoochie faces to your selfs today please!

Vengence day is upon us. Let us pray we don't have to suffer too much. Pretend it doesn't exist.

As I say, the only men who would embrace this holiday are the businessmen.

I'm going to help you say no to Valentines Day Tet...

Start by saying: Naa.... Naa.... Naa

Now say: Ooo ... Ooo ... Ooo

Now put the two together: Naa... Ooo (good, try again)

Now shorten it up a bit so it's a bit smoother.. (try now)

Now say it quicker: NaOo (again but faster)

Thanks johnny! You put a smile on this grump of a man! So with Johnny's help I can now say "NO" to V-day!

Although I am not a single guy, I despise this so called "holiday".

This "holiday" is just a stupid excuse from corporations to get you to spend money. I will never partake!

Fortunately for me, my wife is in total agreement on this issue, therefore NOTHING is ever expected from either of us, and to do otherwise would result in disapointment on either of our parts.

On top of that, two of my best friends have birthdays on Feb. 14th, and in my opinion, those celebrations come first!

I am here, and I'm helping you say no to valentines day!


It's a pathetic holiday that doesn't even need to be considered!

(I may change my mind once I meet someone worthy though)

When you meet that special someone, why do you need a specific day to show your love? Do it daily.

It's the same case with Mother's Day and Father's Day. It doesn't make sense to treat them special on a specific day of the year while the rest of the year goes pretty uneventful. Treat them as you would on those 'special' days every day, and twice on Sundays.

Wonderful post! The freaky spoon seal has it right! Why save one day for love when you should show it everyday! Im not so big on the double sunday thing, I like fridays better.

You can pass the flowers here if ya hate it. I have a recipe to turn roses into a nice tropical punch. We can distribute it to all. But first, I'll need some hibiscus as well -- wouldn't taste good without hibiscus.

I'm with you. I'm married, we've been together 15 years, 7 years married, and we don't get into this so called "holiday". It's a waste of money.
