Yes. Cloud seeding. It also takes place in the USA and the Russians and Chinese do it quite a bit. There is still much debate on how effective it really is. However, this consists of flying over existing clouds and dropping particles around which raindrops form, making the cloud precipitate in places they would not otherwise have done so

No point in cloud seeding in clear skies!

Cloud seeding is also known as weather modification.

I noticed something very similar as well in the yard at the back of my workplace, i even showed my mate from work it as well.

Very odd, very low, and very wide, and it looked like it was kinda spread out; it lingered in the air for quite some time as i remember, maybe even hours!

Got me interested in chemtrails though, and i intend to follow up with some research!
