When I was looking for Bushs W119I document online I found somthing rather intersting. Have a look at this.

cdo.ncdc.noaa.gov...

Pehaps some of you can ID exactly what this is?

It's NOAA weather stations around the country.

You know; the ones you tune into for weather alerts? Like on the weather alert radios?

That is alot of weather stations. I can pick up some of the freq's on my SSB Shortwave Reciver.
