Egypt President: U.S. presence in Iraq destabilizing region

CAIRO (Reuters) - Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said on Monday the presence of U.S. and other foreign forces in Iraq was attracting terrorists and threatening security and stability in the region, state news agency MENA reported.

Add yet another country not too happy about the continuing occupation of Iraq by the states. Robert Gates keeps trying to get other countries to commit to long term presence in Afghanistan, but the Iraq cloud over his head is going to prevent that until a resolution is proposed of getting our presence out of the country we invaded based on lies. Our continual occupation there is just infuriating more people that were once our allies.
