Another suggestion Obama could be assasinated
www.independent.co.uk
World champion boxer Bernard Hopkins, who will fight the undefeated Briton Joe Calzaghe in April, believes black Democratic contender Barak
Obama would be assassinated "within months" if he became US president in November.
Hopkins, the world light-heavyweight boxing champion, told The Independent on Sunday: "I don't think America is ready for an African-American in the
White House. If he gets the nomination they won't let him become president, but if they do, it will be for a short time, maybe less than a month or
two. His life would be in jeopardy.

Hmmm, obviously this guy is not the font of all knowledge, but this is a second well known figure to come out and predict this in the last couple of
days. I wouldn't be surprised if this did happen, it would deeply wound America politically and morally across the world, More than the Kennedy
brothers assasination and Martin Luther's IMO, Your thoughts?

Personally I'm tired of all the negative talk about Obama getting assasinated? Too much of a negative "self fulfilling prophecy" for me. We will
never move to a "type one" civilization with thoughts like this.......I know I've seen all the threads about this....and it might happen but I for
one can't buy into it.
Mr Hopkins should probably worrk more about boxing!

Yeh understand what your saying, but it is a possibility that we should be aware of. I mean if it does happen i assume it would be blamed on some lone
nutter. Hopkins certinly does need to focus on boxing becasue Calzaghe is gunna do him!

Thats the thing... it is something we are all aware of. No need to say it over and over and over. Let's focus on the amazing things he said last
night after winning yet again!

Peruvianmonk, you certainly have the right to discuss this topic, but it takes us all into the darkness of the repercussions of such an
event.....Riots in most major cities, additonal loss of respect around the globe....weather Obama is elected or not...if he is killed we will appear
to be no better than some third world country.
Hey maybe thats the purpose of this post?......Just kidding!

and can't but think there isn't a person alive, thinking of the america election and knowing of obama's chances at the Whitehouse, who hasn't
thought the same thing... so a boxer comes out and says it out loud... again, i'm sure thousands of people have said it out loud.... difference? he
has the media's attention and then it spreads and affirms the idea in the minds of those thinking they're thinking alone... more people say it out
loud, the more people will say it out loud... isn't this the basis of creative visualization? think it and it will be... too bad...

Eddie Murphey also suggested it in 83
'' He wont stand still......... '' ( redneck Hick voice )
So we've got
1. A Women
2. A Blackman
3. A war hungry white male republican
.... I wonder whom the REAL government would want as their domestic front.
I always thought hillary was the preferred... but now Im begining to think differently.
Mccain could take this...
How will it go down?
..Attacks in Iraq will drastically diminish from June onwards.
American mercenaries and undercover military will stop antagonising civil war..
this will make it look as if Iraq has been pulled from the clutches of defeat.
Second, Osama will appear in a body bag mutilated by a hell fire missile, that was fired based on solid intel on his whereabouts from Pakistan.
This will be the victory against alqaeda and a moral boosting democractic like success with Pakistan.
Then, when the Government pulls the Election for Mccain, they will publically state to the media
'' America believed we could win the war on terror and succeed in making the world a safer place. We have accomplished our goal in Iraq, where
constant attacks are now but a memory, we have killed Alqaeda most forceful leader and the man behind September 11, Osama Bin Laden, we have brought
back allies into a democratic system from anarachy in Pakistan, and we have shown the world, the resolve of the United States. The America people saw
the strengths and the possibilites in continuing its drive for freedom with the republican party through newly elected President Mccain. They knew
where the future is, and they chose a leader to take the United states into the future as the beacon for peace, democracy and stability in the world
''
George Bush, January 1st 2009.
That will convince all those sheeple, to now change defense from Bush, to Mccains suspect victory.
Once again the media will perform a mass blackout on election fraudt, and all investigations will be handled by Whitehouse officials that had deep
ties to the Bush administration.
Sounds like a repeat of the 2000 election if you ask me.
Hell, we fell for it once..

Actually I think it may be the only way to end the war. To have Clinton or Obama in the White House that is.
When one or the other, or both if run together on the same ticket, go into the White House what will happen? Millions, if not more, of
Republicans(Note I don't say conservative as there is nothing conservative about being racist or sexist or a bigot) flock to Washington D.C. to kill
them. The onloy to stop such a force is to pull the troops out of Iraq, Afganistan, South Korea, Germany, and every other place to defend the White
House until Clinton/Obama is gotten out and put in a bunker somewhere out west. Once done well, troops are out and home where they should be.
Defending America, not other countries.

I've lived through the assasinations of King and the Kennedys, and I don't think the nation could be more grieved than it was then. This would be
the only tragedy that could compare. But I agree that to say it over and over is to encourage it happen. The good news is that presidential security
is much better than it was even when Reagan was in office.
