Dwight D. Eisenhower predicted the future on January 17, 1961. His farewell address to the nation rings true in every sense this day in age.
Military contractors, under the table hidden deals for government contracts, campaign contributions all contribute to the capitalist overload of
corporate dominance in government. These are the underlying causes of todays economy woes and devaluation of the dollar. It can be attributed to the
decline of the nation morally, economically, and worst of all Democracy.
Our leaders today grasp for power militarily and politically like the monarchys and Imperialistic countries of old. Knowledge is key to their
defeat and this website is capable of delivering the wisdom to bring us back for the abyss.
This has to be the most important topic in existance, for our future.
I had not seen that link before, that's a good track for the money spent and where it goes. It has a great reference to the "blow back"
effect produced from this entity, which is directly the motivation for terrorist acts committed by oppressed people, and Americans seem clueless to
why this happens.
There has to be more interaction at a local level of government to really curb what's goin on out there. What concerns me more are the Mercanaries
hired to do our dirty work, blackwater, etc.! These guys lay the foundation for the corruptive use of the military for assinations, hiding operations
for economic gain, etc! This is where a good deal of our blow back comes from, their actions.
If Eisenhower were to give that speech today he'd have to wear some armor 'cause these guy's would let the bullets fly.
The supreme court has allowed certain decisions to promote this type of behavior. Our representatives are gonna have to start getting together
with these guys and clarify or boundries and set up frame work for accountability and acsessablity of these programs. The programs we got ain't
working. The upheaval of such an elabratley networked system in our government would ceertainly provde the paradigm shift needed to rope in the gov.
and put it back in the hands of the people. The economic impact would be rough for a while but would bring our nation back to its' original strength.
