Florida's Gov linked to children's services pedofile!

Floridians were shocked last week when police announced that the spokesman for the state's Department of Children's and Families had been arrested and charged with peddling child pornography. But buried in the news accounts of the case was a curious detail: the official in question had listed the state's current Republican Governor, Charlie Crist, as a refernce when he applied for his post in 2005.

Charlie Chist is the popular Florida Governor who was resposnible for the last minute endorsement that help John McCain win the Florida primary last week. Crist is thought to be on McCains list of potential VP running-mates.

Interesting enough, this will leave some potentially scandalous questions about Crist and his relationship to this pedofile which may hurt his chances to be VP.

Additionally, Charlie Crist, was Florida's AG during the Mark Foley "page scandal" which was swept under the rug and kept secret bt Crist and then Governor Jeb Bush for more details on this , reidblog has some interesting information on Crist, Foley.

Much in the same way tha Bernie Kerik was Rudy's problem of "judgement", this could be Crist downfall.
