Nans will defend BUSH

I recently saw in a magazine a room in a Saddam palace and there was a paint on the wall and it represented ICBM flying to the sky.

I dont know if someone can find this pic on ats but even if there wasn't any WMD in IRAQ, Saddam was a really dangerous dictator.

Mea culpa...

To be honest I wouldn't be angry on the Bush administration if they have said they are going to Iraq because of the cruel dictatorship and to stabilize the situation in the near east.
Bad move to point it all on WMDs.

That's really ironic. Saddam was a maniac as was his whole family. This whole regime was so cruel and violent - just their daily actions would have been enough to go in. Instead of pointing out those they tried to do the PR with the WMDs.
I really don't get it, it would have been so easy to make the whole world backup the operations in Iraq but they completly #ed up.

That's like trying to get a murder with tax fraud even you have 1000 witnesses for the murder. Eeeek!

Anyway, the result is still a good one and I am thankful for the US TROOPS that went in.

- maybe not really on topic(uh, there is one?
) but just wanted to tell the Americans not all think just bad about all American).

It goes without saying that having Saddam out of power is not a bad thing. However, we were told that the reason we were going to war was because of the 'immenent threat' that saddam apparently posed. These were lies told to lead the public into an unjustified war. In fact it wasn't really a war anyways... but they tried to feed us crap so that they could march around the middle east. It's all rubbish, Bush is rubbish, rubbish rubbish. Now that everyone has figured out there are no WMD's, suddenly Bush is 'liberating the Iraqi people' instead of stopping 'a threat to America' with the invasion. It's all political crap making the rich richer, the middile east worst blah blah.

So then this painting justified the expenditure of billions of dollars, the eradication of over ten thousand Iraqi civilians, tens of thousands more Iraqi soldiers, and over five hundred U.S. soldiers, correct?

Thank God nobody thinks anymore, or some people may just be pissed over the situation.

My "gut" instincts tell me there is no way Saddam destoyed all the WMD he was proven to have after gulf 1, they're out there in the desert or in Syria. Bush jr acted on the intelligence at hand and made the decision his father should have made in the first place - hooah!.
I lay blame on earlier administrations for not dealing with this sooner, instead of kowtowing to the internationalist viewpoint of appeasment that lead to many more deaths by this meglomaniac.

I think the world forgot how dangerous a psychopath can be who gets to command the largest nuclear arsenal in existance on our planet... and he can't even pronounce "nuclear" ... it's really more Nukular to him!

Does it stand for inter-continental ballistic missile? Is that what it is? I'd never even seen this acronym before, except for here.

Of course, we all know, anyone who has these missiles, or even wants them, is evil. Oh, wait a minute....we have a #load of them, don't we?

ICBM does indeed stand for inter-continental ballistic missile. To my knowledge (remember I'm a medic not a missile specialist or somthing) it is a ballistic missile, nuclear(sp) or not, with outstanding range and is the size of your average fighter jet. I think we have em but I'm not sure who else. I think China is making them right now. Once agian though, I'm not sure, so don't pig pile me for my answer.

USA, China and Russia all have ICBM, and I think Israel has achieved the ability to produce intercontinental ballistic missiles also. All three counties have missiles with a range of over 10,000 km. At least the US Peacekeeper (stupid name) missile and the Russian ss-24 have a range of about 11,000 km.

I read somewhere that the US have ICBM capable of reaching 14,000 km, but I don't know where... So I can't know for sure. Scary weapons.. but at least there seems to be a certain balance.

I didn't need to know Saddam had pictures of these suckers in his place to know he was/is an evil madman though, hehe.

You are probably right. Nothing dangerous in paints, but it`s the dogma wich is a danger.
Try to think like they think. Intelligence is not only a magister curse about Cryptology or the C4SIR principles.

In his mind, Saddam was REALLY searching for NUKE weapons.

Sure, SADDAM was preparing `the eve of all the battles`...

You are not very intel, girl.

But I`m still sure than BUSH is far more criminal and dangerous than SADDAM.

And in fact, the world I live consider BUSH as a threat for peace. he got nuclear weapons, an american brain and the power to push the button...
