See IAttackPeoples explanation of the filters. That would explain the possibility it was a airplane. That and the fact a airplane close to the telescope would cross the field of view very quickly.

Its very new as its an interpretation of Tesla own words, its the high
voltage and frequency responses of air to a horizontal antenna pulse
and upward electron flow.

Like a rock dropped on a pond, the horizontal antenna makes the
air electrically rigid.

There is also a electron flow upward caused by a second circuit.
The rigid air suspension and current flow is then deflected for movement.

I always thought it was crossed currents but not so any more and
still have vague ideas on why. The circuits are from Tesla, flat coil
is the horizontal antenna and the craft emanates the upward streamers.

F = i x B = i x uH = i1 x ui2
u = permeability factor on lines of field per current and can have voltage, v, and frequency, f, dependency (assume one to work in smaller voltages - do not want to go to millions of volts as well as this region is not known to me (Tesla achieved Millions of volts))

F = i x B = C dV1/dt V2ac/L = uF (50,000 Vdc/usec) (15,000 cos(2pift) / 2H = 750,000,000/ coil (L) inductance newtons of 2H x(.225 pounds/newton) = 160,000,000 pounds / L of coil of 2H x(US short ton/2000 pounds) = 80,000 tons/ 2 Henry = 40,000 tons of levitation or propulsion at the proposed levels.

That was my old assumptions.
And dMech Momentum/dt = Force = i1xi2, however with electrical momentum existing in air the special case of using it is now part of
research toward Tesla's methods.

The Tesla method is independent of weight as electrical forces are so
great as long as the air is made electrically rigid an enclosed chamber
can be moved by moving the vertical stream toward the desired movement.

That's what I said! Let's just say it is.

I read the Slooh dialogue and am delighted that some think it may be a satellite. I, too, have captured airlplanes on camera and none were green. Since we know the date, the time, and where the telescope was pointing, is there anyone smart enough out there to 2nd the guess that it is the soon to be junk spy satellite? Open for discussion!

When understanding or verifying the above, then the realization of
the flight of the UFO will come to pass.

Once suspended by 'rigid' air the rest is pointing it in the right direction.
The upward flow of electrons may be going to the ionosphere.

If the craft it tipped too much a stall may occur.

The high voltage and frequency effects are certainly apparent in
photos, the unseen phenomena, lights in the sky, trails and lack
of sonic boom.
