Just to close my contribution to this debate: all religions scare the crap out of me. I really think that we should be over them by now. They are all
dangerous and have all caused wars and terror. Why I single out Islam for particular attention is simply because it is the biggest threat. I don't
know of any other religion, in Europe at least, that is actually expanding. To me there doesn't need to be any other reason behind resisting Islam.
For the sake of science, art and freedom I will resist it with my blood. It does not matter how likable an individual Muslim may be; for it is not the
individual I have an issue with, but rather the thing they represent, and if they claim not to represent anything dangerous then they are as misguided
as those who claimed the Earth was flat.
You can't see things for what they are when you are standing on the inside. I dream of a world where people really do get along - and that will never
happen as long as religion exists. But hey, maybe this friction in what makes things function? Opposites attract and all that shizzle.

Looks like it happened I was just surfing kinda randomly through news storys and found this.

So it appears they have sneaked it in anyway if it's true it's another Kick in the teeth from the UK Government.
But I won't jump to conclusions just yet as tabloids like to hype anything up for a story and it isn't unusual for them to just blatantly lie for a story.
ISLAMIC law has been ushered into Britain by the back door. Ministers have quietly given Sharia courts power to rule on Muslim civil cases.

It's all propaganda & even if England decided to allow the Muslims to have their own Islamic rules among themselves,it'll not affect anyone else in the country because it's nothing new about it but all what you need is to read more about the foreign nationals who live in the Middle east and you'll find out that they have their own things too.The the Jewish people have their own religious rules in every country on earth .lack of knowledge about other culture will make anyone fears the unknown.try to learn about the other people's faith & do your own homework about the real Islam &

When China can adopt rules against the religious worship it is showing the way to make change possible where it may otherwise end in defeat. If UK has not learned of this action against Islamic worshipers then it it time for the UK to deal with the problem accordingly.

Curbs Imposed on Muslims in Western China During Ramadan
Northwestern Chinese Government Officials [western part of Xinjiang] have begun a crack down against Muslims esp. those working within the government to curb their idea of fasting to make them eat during the month of Ramadan. Many more new regulations are appearing on the bulletin boards through Chinese cities posted against certain religious worshiping rights and some Chinese government sites (under rule by the ethnic Han Chinese) have these rules posted for everyone online to read. It once cost about $2,500 to go to Mecca and now if a Muslim has his Visa taken away by failing to observe these new regulations must travel to Mecca the alternate Chinese Government Tour way instead and to do that they must have at least $6,000 in a bank account and this guarantees that if they do not return to their family that the family has some cash in a bank. The new rules (prohibits women from wearing veils and men from growing beards, as well as barring government officials from observing Ramadan) are near Kuqa, a town struck by multiple bombings on Aug. 10. The Web site of the town of Yingmaili lists nine rules put in place to maintain stability during Ramadan, plus migrants must register with the police, and that any missionary work by outsiders was banned. Which include barring teachers and students from observing Ramadan, prohibiting retired government officials from entering mosques and requiring men to shave off beards and women to doff veils. Mosques cannot let people from outside of town stay overnight and restaurants must maintain normal hours of business. Because of the sunrise-to-sunset fasting, many restaurants would normally close during daytime for Ramadan. In addition, children and students cannot be forced to attend religious activities. The region that is home to the Uighurs, a Muslim Turkic people [western part of Xinjiang] will probably merge into the once Russian Stalin and Lenon [Kyrgyzstan once controlled by Russia now Socialist] controlled countries further west because there are many Muslims there as well and the language is Turk and Russian, big socialism control on Muslims expected to bring disaster to some nations.
The same rule enforcements will spread like a wild fire into Muslim religious active areas where Muslims have little control of government and religious affairs. This could also spread into American dominated areas all over the world so what we could see is a crash of a religious body which had stood to dominate the entire world with the help and sacrifices of the Zionists in Israel and Palestine that allowed over-night stays at Mosque which is amongst the rules that cannot occur in the Xinjiang country of China.
