Asian Markets Follow Wall Street's Plunge; Nikkei Down More Than 4 Pct.; Hang Seng Down 5 Pct.

TOKYO (AP) -- Asian markets plunged in early trading Wednesday, pulled down by a sharp decline on Wall Street overnight.
Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225 stock index fell 567.34 points, or 4.13 percent, to 13,178.16 on the Tokyo Stock Exchange by midmorning. The Nikkei fell 0.82 percent Tuesday.

Here we go again, its Deja Vu. So will the Fed cut interest rates by the opening bell tommorow?

On the other hand does the Fed wait and see if the markets take a nose dive tommorow?

"Recession fears" and a recession are 2 totally different things. So far, there has been nothing but "recession fears". What me worry? Recession will not happen. We will always be on the cusp, never full-blown.

The European markets are doing as bad as the Asian markets.

FTSE 100 is down 158 points or 2.6 %
DAX is down 235 points or 3.3%
CAC 40 is down 196 points or 3.9%
