Everyone was warned about 9-11 and a slew of other threats daily come across the wire. Could the mistake have happened because Clinton chopped intellegence spending? Maybe, but you think Bush was told "Two planes are going to hit the World Trade Center at 9:14 am tomorrow." and he says "Bring em on, then I can make some oil money." It gets really old.
