USA a threat against the rest of the world!

I've just finished watching a show on TV about how USA want to control space. USA has tried to make it possible for them to build bases and other things on the moon even though every other country on the earth isn't allowed to do that. Is it right that they should be allowed to do things that other countries can't do?

If it's not the USA who have the space control, it will be another country who will have it ! But may be you think it's better to see the Chicoms or the Russians flags in space ?

Stand up and fight against country like North-Korea or China. But of course, it's more easy to shout against a democratic nation who will not send you in jail, or a goulag, or a Lao Gai if you don't agree with her. Isn't it ?

Saying that we bomb every nation we see as a threat is obviously incorrect, therefore ignorant. It ignores the obvious fact that there are many nations that are a threat, or harbor threats yet have not been "bombed" by us.

We are not the only one that uses space, and we will not ever be the only one who uses space. Yet technology leads us to using space for defensive/offensive items, and it would be foolish not to protect our nation in the best ways possible.

There is no evidence (anti-American rhetoric and theorizing doesn't count as evidence. Sorry) that the U.S. has any desire to conquor the world, and the U.S. past, in and of itself illustrates the foolishness of saying we are only concerned with our interests. As a matter of fact, a little thought of the situation would cause one to understand that we have actually helped the world more than most other nations. Whether that is because we are in a better position to help others or because it is in our national character, or maybe both, is beside the point. The point is, you are no Einstein!

Also, I think it's time for everyone to open their eyes and realize that we are not the reason for all their ills, and to realize also that our government is not for the well-being of the world but for us. So quit making it sound as if it is wrong for not having the rest of the world nearest to its heart. That is your government's job, not mine. We Americans get tired of our government spending so much of our money for other's, anyway.

But who says that just USA should have control over space? USA think that they are the ones who are in control over the world. They act like they are the only ones here. I'm tired of them acting like they are the rulers of the world. They say that they are so democratic but which country is it that are bugging telephone lines all over the world, that are starting wars against countries because they are a possible threat to them? It's USA!

I don't say that I think that Russia or North Korea should be the leaders of the world. But what makes the USA a better country then Russia and North Korea? They just want the same thing as Russia and North Korea! World domination! The only difference is that USA doesn't say it loud.

We aren't the rulers of the world, and the assertion that we are by you or the unrealistic sites from which you are getting "information" doesn't make it any truer.

If we were the rulers of the world, things would be a little different, I'd imagine.

By the way, what wars are we starting because the country is merely a threat to us? Apparently you aren't American, and apparently you've missed the point that there are those who've declared war on us, and have even killed many of our people and damaged/destroyed assets belonging to us.

There are many great things about USA but I just want to bring up the bad things to. You have to try to see things on different ways!

what makes the USA better then Russia or North Korea...well ask your self this simple question..if you had to move..you had no choice..which country would you chose if you where given 3 choices..USA,RUSSIA,N KOREA..

I agree as a US citizen i am sick and tired of my tax money going to other countrys that have no intention of paying back there loans..the reality of it is.the US is the 1st country other countrys come crying to when they are in trouble..and frankly i am sick of it..yet if we dont open our wallet or send help..we are evil animals..christ what a double standered..

I haven't said that I want to live in North Korea or anyone of those countries but I just want to say that I think it's sick that USA wants to take control over the space. Ok so I was wrong about USA starting wars without any reason. But do you think it's right that they are trying to create a Big Brother society where they have control over space just so that they can control the rest of the world???

What country are you from if you don't mind me asking?. I have to work today but will sit down tonight and peck out a responce to your comments. I am an "American Born White Guy". I have lived in the "good old" USA all my life. I Would like to know why you "dislike" us so much. All we are trying to do is make the world a better place. The world is a dangerious place and "We' and not the reason. Please tell me what country you live in?????

Ok with bush as president we couldnt take over the world. He is too stupid to do it. I dont think bush is a complete idiot, but he is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

I do think we(usa) do some things that are not very friendly to countries that are a threat to us, but who would be friendly.

Einstein do you think america should be baking pies and hams for iraq and ship them over there for christmas?

The Americans like to act like the cops of this planet, but rest assured (and I�m not anti-American) if the Egyptian, Roman and Aztec empires can fall, so can America.


I do admit, this it�s a bit hypocritical of Bush to go on about �democracy� after the way the presidential election went. What a farce that was!

Also note that America has not signed up to the international criminal court (this is where Blair should be careful in licking Bush�s bum) so in theory they don�t want to be answerable to anyone else.

Knock Knock........ obviously we are different or "special" as you call it. We are the richest strongest nation in the world and because we war on those that attack us first makes us more special? Director, we have no need to be part of an ICC; we have our own court system, and we have no desire to subjugate our system to an international system. It seems to be fine to the Europeans to lose their national identity and become part of an international mass, but we aren't that way. If it becomes a problem that you guys think we behave badly, then just don't invite us to your parties you throw, such as the Bosnia Bash!

In the past, some here have asked me if I thought the U.S. was above all the other country's laws and courts. My answer is no, not all of them. But look at who was kicked off the U.N. Human Rights Joke, and who replaced us, and you'll see why I have no faith any international goat-roping.

As far as the U.S. taking over space, Einstein, as I've already said, we haven't. And we won't. What are we going to do, shoot down other nations' satelites? Get real. That site was taking molehills and creating good-sized mountains.

I promise you, we as American tax-payers will go to Washington and shoot the politicians before we allow them to conquor the rest of the world. We couldn't afford the enormous tax increase that would be necessary in owning and supporting destitute continents such as Africa and subsidizing heavy socialism found in many nations in Europe.

*Sigh* You Anti-Americans make me laugh. Our allies are constantly aware of what the US is doing in The War On Terrorism and the many other military actions we plan to do. The show was based on speculation and a STUNNING lack of military and scientific knowledge.

Russia's space technolgoy is in some ways far superior to ours. They managed to get a space station in orbit long before we could manage it.

That's why the INTERNATIONAL space station (the one floating over our heads) is a multinational effort. Other countries are launching support rockets for it (France being one of them, as well as Russia) and it's an international effort of the space-ready nations.

Astronauts from many countries (including Japan) have lived there.

The US wasn't capable of doing that alone, and we had to build on existing Russian systems and technology. I don't think we're doing a good job of dominating space all by our lonesomes.

Working with other nations, we do pretty well.

I suspect the tv show conveniently ignored those facts.
