Bush administration loses Guantánamo ruling

A federal appeals court ruled against the Bush administration Friday in a central case on Guantánamo detainees, declining to reconsider an order that the government has to turn over virtually all its information on many detainees.

Now the only thing we have to wait is to see if the Supreme Court deicdes to get involved, and every one here nows that the SC is full is Bush sympathizers and appointees, would they return they favor to him?

The judges are realizing how low Bush's ratings are and have to distance themselves so the next regime will be friendly to them...Its funny how we have 'judges for life' and yet Bush seemed to nominate (3?) several in his short term of power. Quite interesting...

Great to see humans treated as humans and not as lesser forms of life. This is a great step for our inmates as well! Maybe they won't be tortured by prison guards and fellow inmates as much next time around.
